The hotel is very close to the trainstation. From there it is easy and a short way to Dusseldorf Airport. There are many restaurants neary the hotel where you can go for dinner. The person at the check-in desk was fast and friendly. The room is perfect and so was the shower. There was enough place to accomodate 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 3 years old). The breakfast is SUPERB: so many choices for healthy and tasty things, nice fresh fruits (also strawberries for example) and real (so no Chinese fake) honey. I would really recommend to include breakfast for this hotel.

All boxes were ticket for a one night family stop on the way through Europe. The breakfast focused on bread but also offered a bit healthier alternatives. Easy but not cheap to park a car. Location was excellent for exploring the city centre.

Shower was good. Bed was good. Breakfast was ok, could have more options for hot meals. There are some fridges where you can buy beverages for your room, they are not as cheap as the market, but are not overpriced too.

Location of the hotel is just perfect. Easy to reach by Car as well as public transport. Located in right next to the City centre gives an opportunity to take advantage of the local market and the beautiful city centre/ walking street. Lots of places nearby for shopping and dining.

Perfect location for the theatre/opera house. Nicely renovated shower room. Convenient parking, which at 10 euros a night is a good deal in a city centre. Helpful and efficient staff. We particularly appreciated the free large bottle of water as the temperature was 34C.

The location was ok. A bit outskirt from downtown but we used car so it's not a problem. The most thing my kids love was the indoor pool. Small but its enough.

food and Drink was very good, all staff spoke English. we arrived early and left our bags at the reception who put them away safe. also it was no problem to do the same when leaving. Hotel is only a short walk from the main shopping area.
